From 437eb74af037fff6e93890f2a4f81426d7142fab Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Ingo Schwarze Date: Fri, 14 Dec 2018 01:18:25 +0000 Subject: Major cleanup; may imply minor changes in edge cases of error reporting. Finally, drop support for the run-time configurable mandocmsg() callback. It was over-engineered from the start, never used for anything in a decade, and repeatedly caused maintenance headaches. Consolidate reporting infrastructure into two files, mandoc.h and mandoc_msg.c, mopping up the bits and pieces that were scattered around main.c, read.c, mandoc_parse.h, libmandoc.h, the prototypes of four parsing-related functions, and both parser structs. --- libmandoc.h | 7 +------ 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+), 6 deletions(-) (limited to 'libmandoc.h') diff --git a/libmandoc.h b/libmandoc.h index edc0e7fa..e2452f3e 100644 --- a/libmandoc.h +++ b/libmandoc.h @@ -1,4 +1,4 @@ -/* $Id: libmandoc.h,v 1.74 2018/08/24 23:12:33 schwarze Exp $ */ +/* $Id: libmandoc.h,v 1.75 2018/12/14 01:18:25 schwarze Exp $ */ /* * Copyright (c) 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 Kristaps Dzonsons * Copyright (c) 2013,2014,2015,2017,2018 Ingo Schwarze @@ -49,11 +49,6 @@ struct mparse; struct roff; struct roff_man; -void mandoc_msg(enum mandocerr, struct mparse *, - int, int, const char *); -void mandoc_vmsg(enum mandocerr, struct mparse *, - int, int, const char *, ...) - __attribute__((__format__ (__printf__, 5, 6))); char *mandoc_getarg(struct mparse *, char **, int, int *); char *mandoc_normdate(struct roff_man *, char *, int, int); int mandoc_eos(const char *, size_t); -- cgit v1.2.3
